The Wayne Rich: "MODERN
CLASSIC" N/R 9’6”
A fusion of progression and 60's soul, this design offers a unique blend
of speed and manoeuvrability while maintaining the finer qualities of
mid board glide. The theory behind the bottom contours and foil are
strong refined basics as the foundation, accompanied by complex shape
transitions in key areas to harness wave energy. As a result of these
combinations we have a great ALL-AROUND board that paddles and catches
waves with extreme ease. With its deep blended nose, concave
transitioning to flat, followed by a deep spiral "V" through the tail,
it delivers stylish free flowing power
turns down the line speed and drive with great nose riding in almost any
conditions. Designed originally to be ridden as a single fin, this model
has surprised us all by working fantastic as a 2+1 as well as a single
fin design. From the entry level to the expert long boarder, this has
been one of the most popular models in my 30 year shaping career... WR
