The Wayne Rich Fun Shape
Our newest Pope Bisect is the Wayne Rich
8'2" Fun Shape. The WR82 features a thruster
fin setup with just the right combination of
rocker and nose width for both high
performance manoeuvres plus nose riding.
This mid-length design gives excellent speed
and manoeuverability in any conditions and
it performs as well in slow surf as it does
in speedy beach breaks. The bottom features
a single concave that transitions past
center to a light "V" with double barrel
concaves through the tail. Extremely
versatile, fun and easy to ride. Shape is by
California based long board guru Wayne Rich
and the construction is a combination of
epoxy and carbon fibre over a foam core
making the board light and responsive in the
surf but also incredibly strong. The two
pieces pack neatly into a 4' travel case
which makes this the world's first true
travel board package.
